Community Heat Pump Deployment Program

The Community Heat Pump Deployment Program (CHPDP) was established to provide Oregon homeowners in climate vulnerable communities with efficient and affordable heat pump systems. The goal of the program is to provide equitable access to more environmentally friendly heating and cooling solutions.

How Does it Work?

CHPDP is intended to install heat pumps in owner-occupied single family homes through a network of installation partners. These partners can help you determine whether your home can benefit from a heat pump and add you to an appropriate wait list. Financial assistance and equipment advice is available.

Installation Partners

The following entities are accepting applications to the program. Please reach out to one of them directly with any questions, or to submit an application. Installation partners have their own prioritization criteria, waiting list, and eligibility process. CHPDP funding for the Metro, Mid-Valley, and South Valley/Mid-Coast districts has been fully reserved and program partners are no longer accepting new applications in these regions.

Note: While we endeavor to serve all eligible applicants, Earth Advantage has the right to refuse grant funding and end correspondence with applicants who harass, intimidate, harm, or otherwise threaten the safety of our staff, our regional partner organizations' staff, and any contractors involved with grant-funded work at the applicant's residence.
